Title: Baked Sweet Potato Chips

2 md Sweet potatoes
- (7 oz ea); peeled
Cooking spray
1 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
1 ts Dried parsley flakes
3/4 ts Garlic salt
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Ground mustard
1 ds White pepper
Set oven @ 400?F/205?C.
Cut potatoes into 1/8" slices; spray both sides of slices with
cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine seasonings. Add the
potatoes; toss gently to coat.
Arrange in a single layer in two 15x10x1" baking pans coated with
cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, until potatoes are golden brown
and tender, turning several times, 20 to 25 minutes.
