DOGE's actions, in which Elon Musk supposedly implemented cost-cutting measures, have now proven to be a demonstrable scheme to steal a vast amount of government data. The stolen data was illegally forwarded via Signal. An investigation is already underway. I do not expect the perpetrators to be truly prosecuted until a new president takes office, unless Trump grants a very broad pardon to the fraudsters beforehand. The reason for stealing the data is future election fraud. The data can help determine how electoral districts should be optimally structured for a Republican victory in the future.
