    Me too. I think I was 27 when I got my first Atari800 computer... and I too already owned a house. 1981 or 82 I think.
    Weird, I to was 27 when I got my first computer, a Commodore Vic-20, soon followed by a TRS80 Color Computer 2.

    Guess I'll have to break the streak. I was 23 when I got my first, a T/S 1000. About a year later I moved up to a VIC-20, then a C=64 about a year after that. Around '86 I went whole-hog and bought an Amiga 1000. In '88 I went to the "dark side" and got my first PC clone, an x386 I believe.
