chat_llm: open some guru sessions with a classic guru.dat greeting

With an LLM module configured, a private guru chat skipped guru.dat
entirely and every greeting came from the model. Now a fraction of
openings (guru_greeting_chance, default 0.25) use a line from the guru
file's HELLO section instead, the way the pre-LLM Guru opened. Lines
needing the caller's real name, phone, birthdate or age are skipped,
since this engine has no live terminal session to fill them from.

The opening-greeting persona also gets the period-vocabulary rule the
main persona has: this BBS is "the board", never "the boards".
