Modified Files:
.claude/skills/text/SKILL.md exec/tests/ircd/services-fixture.py src/sbbs3/gtkmonitor/events.c src/sbbs3/umonitor/umonitor.c
Log Message:
Fix stale attribute configuration references and IRCd fixtures

Point the Unix and GTK monitor colour editors and text skill documentation at attr.ini.

Omit attribute files from the isolated IRCd services fixture. Native configuration loading provides colour defaults, so these tests do not need either attr.cfg or attr.ini.

Validated all four native BBS fixtures using a fresh template without attribute files; git diff --check passes.
