A Canadian woman attempted to take a python on board a plane from Schiphol in her bra. The snake was discovered during a security check.
The Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) reports on Instagram that the passenger stated she found the python at a hotel in Amsterdam. This explanation was not believed by the special enforcement officers (BOAs).
"That seems highly unlikely to us. Our inspectors have seized the animal and are drawing up an official report," stated the NVWA. The python has since been transferred to a specialized shelter, where the animal is being cared for.
This could be the origin story for another "Snakes on a Plane" movie. :D

I'm just guessing it was a small juvenile python, but nevertheless I think it's a good thing we don't know what kind of shit people haul into cabins ... like an emotional support baby-gator?
