    Improvements to Areafix.

    - When logging is set at the Verbose or Debug level, D'Bridge will now
    log the "conversation" that happens when the Areafix request is
    received.... the text from the requesting-system's message and how the
    mailer treats it.

    - "Maximum requests in an Areafix request" has been removed as there is
    now a slightly better logic behind how large requests are handled.

    - A reminder that you can create the file DBRIDGE.AFH which will be the
    message send to the requesting-system whenever Help is requested.

    And...

    - A stability bug has been resolved which could affect D'Bridge running
    for long periods of time unattended.

    - Areafix and Filefix requests received by systems that are not defined in
    the Config-Packet/Mail screen will just be unpacked as regular Netmail
    for your inspection, with an alert logged.

    - The "Xmail processing interval" question in Config-Xmail has been
    completely rewritten as "Minutes between unpacking" and moved to
    the Config-Packet/Mail screen. The notification in the log was slightly
    changed. The top Menu Bar will also change to "Unpack pending" and
    changes back to normal until the next interval.
