    He sent a packet and my system handled what he said was a netmail message was processed by my Mystic system as an echomail message.
    Just curious to see what the hiccup is. I don't know anything about Fastecho either. I've used BinkD, Mystic, Synchronet's BinkIt and Taurus/Radius and some others, I don't think it's a mailer issue. I think it's more of how the message is being saved. It should be
    posted to AreaFix (@ my FTN) with his password and all that regards
    in a netmail based message base.

    It's my message writer (TheReader), which sends netmails to a .0 by default. His system doesn't seem to like that. If I change to the EleBBS default, it works fine.

    Not only does his system not seem to like that, most systems probably wouldn't like that.
