tests: fix jsdoor DNS loading and isolate callback regressions

Load DNS dependencies from explicit source paths in the runtime global scope. Keep the wire-format regressions independent of the IRC helper, whose run_tests function replaces the outer suite runner under jsdoor.

Run socket fairness and closure regressions in standalone processes using the same runtime revision as the suite. Start each worker with a failing exit code and clear it only after callback assertions complete, so deferred callbacks cannot escape the suite result.

Validated on FreeBSD with the CI jsdoor binary (48 tests) and jsexec (59 tests). Injected callback failures make both suites exit unsuccessfully.
