    Log Message:
tests: fix standalone socket runner startup across CI platforms

Pass jsexec -U to match Unix CI, whose ctrl/exec bundle omits node configuration files. Socket callback tests do not require a complete BBS configuration.

Normalize the source root and enumerate build directories before appending the runtime filename, avoiding intermediate wildcard components unsupported by Windows globbing. Double trailing backslashes in quoted Windows arguments so the control directory does not absorb the worker script argument.

Reproduced the original failures with the Unix CI directory layout and the CI-built Windows executable under Wine. Verified 59 jsexec, 48 jsdoor and 40 Windows test scripts pass; injected callback failures still fail the suites.

tests: preserve standalone runtime quotes through Windows system()

Invoke cmd.exe with explicit /D /S /C quoting when launching standalone socket tests. Windows CRT system() strips leading executable quotes differently from the no-console CreateProcess path; starting with cmd.exe preserves the quoted runtime, control directory and worker arguments in both cases.

Reproduced the failure through the Windows UCRT system() entry point using the CI-built executable under Wine. The corrected command succeeds through UCRT, all 40 Windows test scripts pass, and injected callback failures still fail the suite.
