Use v2-compatible per-BBS cache keys (ticket 297)

Derive portable cache directory names from the Unicode 18 canonical full case fold and SHA-256, matching SyncTERM v2.0a. Use the keys for cache creation, entry rename/delete, and orphan cleanup, and quote literal directory names in APC cache-list glob patterns.

Remove cache trees without glob expansion or following symlinks/reparse points. Preserve existing name-based directories without attempting migration.

Add focused key, listing, and cache lifecycle regression coverage, plus a reproducible import of the required Unicode data subset.
